6AM & 7AM CLASSES ARE CANCELLED.    First class today will be at 8AM.  Make up yesterdays WOD or :    1) 3×3 strict press + push press heaviest possible    2) ohs  15 minutes to work up to heavy sets of 3  3) Back squats 4×8 @75%  – quick tempo without pauses at the top.
