reminder: 6AM MAKE-UP CLASS!     come in & make up a missed wod. OR:     complete each of the following 3 rounds in order.   Recover heart rate to 120 bpm before moving on to next round.   Round 1: 3x the following:  8 knee tuck pushups, 16 1-leg mb v-ups, 20 sec sprint;  (recover) Round 2  3x the following: 8 bent over rows, 16 alternating db press, 20 sec sprint; (recover)  Round 3  3x the following:  8 deficit ring rows, 16 staggered hand pushups, 20 sec sprint
