6:15am Advanced active recovery – smr, yoga, stretching, mobility;  all other classes Open Gym – make up a missed WOD, work on a skill, or do the workout on the board.  If you’ve trained Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, this is a programmed “Active Recovery Day”  so focus on mobility, hydration, nutrition & prepping for 2 more days of hard efforts.
