OUR PHILOSOPHY

  1. Performance is built on a foundation of strength.
  2. Programs are based on fundamental lifts, with tailored accessory work to meet unique sport and individual needs of athletes.
  3. Periodized programs start as soon as post season begins to identify & address weaknesses and improve motor patterns.
  4. Injury prevention thru pre-hab, movement prep, proper progressions, & stretching/mobility.
