The Workout of the Day is our traditional CrossFit class. Coach led warm-up, mobility and skill instruction to prepare you for the workout. Our coaches are engaged throughout the entire class to monitor your form and motivate your performance.

Personal Training is the ultimate option if you like having a trainer all to yourself. These 1-on-1 sessions are all about you! Your unique needs and goals, your schedule, and your abilities.
Our certified trainers will craft a program specifically to meet your goals and then work with you 1-on-1, teaching, encouraging and motivating you every step of the way.
Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds, develop new skills, train for a competition, or improve your overall health and fitness, personal training can give you the tools and support you need to get there.
60 minute session: $80; 10-pack $750

New to CrossFit? No problem! Our introductory package is designed for beginners at any fitness level – after all, everyone has to start somewhere!
This package includes 2 Personal Training sessions and 1 full month of Unlimited classes.
Step 1: Once you’ve enrolled, we’ll schedule your 1-hour Personal Training sessions where you’ll learn all the basics. Your coach will tailor the movements to your fitness & ability level so you get comfortable with the fundamentals and realize that you can do this!
Step 2: Once you’ve completed your 2 private sessions, you’ll be ready to start your month of Unlimited classes. In class, you’ll meet new people who were once in your shoes & are happy to support you as you start putting your new skills to use and embarking on the next phase of your fitness journey.

Girls Gone Strong
Our mission with this program is to show young girls what they’re capable of and empower them through fitness.
In a safe, fun, supportive environment we teach girls ages 11 – 14 how to be strong both physically and mentally and give them the tools to improve performance as well as body image and confidence.
Our coaches address movement patterns & common weaknesses in girls, improve core, hip and leg strength, and improve the quality of movement to reduce the chance of injury.
Our specialized programming is designed & tested by female coaches to help girls be their best by improving strength, speed, agility, stamina, injury prevention, nutrition, mindset, coordination, body image.
Next session dates: April 30th – June 6th
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30pm
