Our Girls Gone Strong program is designed specifically for girls between the ages of 11-14.  We focus on the development of confidence, strength, proper body mechanics and nutritional guidelines with a focus on creating a healthy relationship with food.

This program is about setting your daughter up for long-term success.  What we teach will carry over to life outside of the gym, as well as on the field.


This Cutting Edge Program Is:

  1. For girls ages 11-14, specifically targeting core, hip and leg strength.

  2. Based on improving strength, speed, mental attitude and toughness, as well as improving body image and building confidence in younger females.

  3. Injury prevention thru movement prep, proper progressions, & stretching/mobility.

  4. Multi Faceted – Nutrition Matters!  Discussion will include the importance of nutrition for individual goals and creating a healthy relationship with food!

  5. Age appropriate.

  6. Coaches teach functional strength,  how to move safely to stay healthy/injury free, and most importantly, how to take the power, strength, and confidence into everyday life!
