When you come to Toy Box, everyone knows your name. The community keeps you accountable, keeps you moving towards your personal fitness/life goals, and helps you grow as an individual. The camaraderie between fellow athletes and coaches is what separates us from any other gym you can go to. It provides accountability to them, just as much as to yourself, to keep pushing everyday.

Our program delivers a fitness that is by design broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. We strive for a foundation of strength and conditioning, with a touch of olympic lifting and gymnastic style movements. Put that together with an emphasis on mobility, flexibility, and correct functional movements, provides an equation that equals a strong, healthy, and fit lifestyle.

Our programming is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The programming is meant for every athlete to complete on a given day, regardless of skill level. However, we make sure to modify, scale loads/intensity to ensure that you are progressing towards your individual goals and needs.

  • Free Trial Class: Saturdays, CrossFit 9am, registration required
  • Always show up 10-15 minutes prior to class!

Introductory Package Includes:

TWO semi-private or private introduction sessions where you’ll learn the fundamental movements and philosophy of CrossFit.

You will learn proper movements with bodyweight, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, and barbells. You will also learn the basics of olympic lifting including the clean, jerk, and snatch.

Each session includes a WOD (workout of the day) to reinforce movements learned in class,  establish benchmarks, and ramp you up so you’re comfortable in regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. After your two sessions, your one month of unlimited classes begins.
